We are an NICEIC domestic installer and are a proud member of Checkatrade. We are well versed in the updates to the 18th edition and offer Electrical Installation Condition Reports for existing systems (sometimes referred to as a landlord's certificate) with an easy to understand guide to the results. This is alongside any other certification and subsequent notification that is required from any new installation works.

Electrical Installation Condition Report
We offer condition reports and an easy to understand breakdown of the associating coding and any regulation breaches that may have been discovered.
This consists of thorough testing and inspection and is followed up with a full report certificate, along with a list of required remedial action and a price for this.
This can bring your property up to standard and ensure safety.
Emergency Callouts and Fault Finding
We offer a callout service for emergency circumstances.
If something is not working we can come out and assess the problem. We will run some tests and diagnose the problem.
Relax, as most things are not always as dire as they seem!
Usually, the problem is diagnosed and repaired within an hour as our vans are well stocked with spare parts.
New Installs
If you need any work requiring new circuitry, we are ready to take it on.
This may range from adding a single circuit to an existing consumer unit, all the way to a complete rewire and new unit.
